FBI Busts Minneapolis Fraudster Following Dramatic Balcony Chase

We have been reporting on the FBI’s numerous operations against fraudsters, particularly in Minnesota, where these criminals have potentially defrauded American taxpayers of billions of dollars.

Most suspects were apprehended without incident; however, one individual, Muhammad Abdulqadir Omar, jumped from a fourth-floor balcony to escape. Unfortunately for him, he messed up one of his legs.

But now we learn that this creep has been apprehended by the Feds and is in custody awaiting his initial court date. Fox9 Minneapolis, has some video of Omar’s escape.
