Okay, I’m aware that President Trump’s approval rating needs to go up and that gas and food prices need to go down, but the races to keep the House in GOP hands during the midterms aren’t over. Not by a long shot.

Sure, the party in power in the White House historically faces big challenges in congressional races, more often than not losing control over one or both congressional chambers. This year could be different, though, and that’s good for our side.

Republican redistricting has led to more seats in the red column than Democrats were able to snatch. And there are more on the way as states with unconstitutional racially gerrymandered voting districts work to dismantle them, which will also be to our favor.
