First, a little history. You recall that DeSantis pressed the GOP majority in the Sunshine State to redistrict. They did that willingly. And if the new map survives court challenges (it should) then Republicans are gonna nab another four seats from Dems.

Debbie Wasserman Schultz currently represents. That district will be far more GOP-friendly under the new map, so Wasserman Schultz had a decision to make.

On Friday, she announced it, and it has infuriated black Democrats in the state.
