It’s believed Erika Kirk is making at least the same amount; however, her salary as the CEO of Turning Point USA has not been publicly disclosed in official tax filings.

As she took on the role of CEO and Chairwoman in September 2025, the organization’s IRS Form 990 for that fiscal year will be available to the public until late 2026 or early 2027. However, estimates of the likely range are made based on historical data for the position.
