King Charles continued in his address:
“In times of loss, we are reminded of the strength of unity, the importance of tradition, and the healing power of love. Let us mourn together, but also celebrate a life that inspired duty, compassion, and unwavering loyalty to this country.”
He also asked the nation to keep the Royal Family in their thoughts during what he described as “an incredibly personal and painful time,” while assuring citizens that the monarchy remains committed to stability, unity, and service.
