Pregnant And Alone In Court I Watched My Husband Lose Everything

I walked into the Hartford District Court eight months pregnant, preparing to finalize my divorce from Harrison J. Prescott. Throughout our marriage, he had used his wealth and influence to control nearly every part of my life. All I wanted was a fair outcome—my share of the home and enough support to create a stable future for my child.

Instead, he arrived at the hearing with his mistress and employee, Tiffany Rhodes, standing confidently beside him.

When the hearing began, my attorney, Simon Fletcher, was nowhere to be found. I was left alone as Harrison pushed me to accept a minimal settlement. At the same time, Tiffany began attacking me verbally, making cruel remarks about my pregnancy and questioning my motives.

When I finally spoke up to defend myself, Tiffany stepped forward and slapped me in the middle of the courtroom.

The room fell completely silent.
